What is causing shortness of breath?

If I do strenuous exercise, I get out of breath quickly. I m 60 and also have fatty liver, probably NASH. Also I get fatigued easily after couple hours of work, but no pain anywhere in all this. My BP runs regularly around 139/85 and cholestoral is not high. Why my shortness of breath?

Looking to your age such exercise is not advisable for you because this could cause shortness of breath may be due to some cardiac condition called dyspnea on exertion (DOE) better to avoid this and better to get done cardiac evaluation like EKG and ECHO stress cadiography, take care and have a nice day.
