Hi! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

From the history of your symptoms, it could be a gall stone disease, or a pancreatitis specially if you consume alcoholic beverages. If I were your doctor, I would suggest you to report at an ER of the nearest hospital and till then would advise you for a proton pump inhibitor and an anti spasmodic drug. I would also consider you for an ultrasound abdomen along with a serum amylase, and serum lipase estimation along with other routine blood tests to rule out the above possibilities.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
