Dear thanks for the question.

Firstly I would say that the information provided by you is not enough. If i were your treatingyour physician I would like to know age, time since these symptoms, any other symptoms like excessive sleep, drowsiness, appetite, amount of physical activities you do etc. However with the information provided I would like to advise you to under go blood work up for anaemia, thyroid work up for hypothyroidism, blood chemicals like sodium levels to come to a diagnosis.

I would like to advise you to visit general physician in your area. Meanwhile keep taking vegetables and fruits along with physical activities till you visit the doctor.

I hope i have clarified your queries. Do write for follow up queries. Please rate my reply. I wish you success in your weight losing efforts. Thank you.
