What Is Causing Mild Burning Sensation During Urination And And Burning Orgasm?

I have a mild burning sensation during peeing and have a burning orgasm . I did a routine urine analysis and the result was as follows : Sugar : Nil Protein : Faint Trace Bile Salts : Negative Bile Pigments : Negative RBC : 0-1/HPF WBC : 5-7/HPF Ep.Cells : 0-2/HPF Crystals : Not Seen Casts : Not Seen What is causing this ? Please Reply....

Hello there mirz. Going by your history & urine report purel, it seems you have a mild urethritis. Assuming this was related to some coital activity preceding this, you may want to start on an antibiotic course in consultation with your local dermatologist/venereologist. If not, it may still be prudent to take a stat (one time) dose of an antibiotic that you may even take OTC assuming your pharmacist is knowledgeable. Drink lots of water 1-2 ltrs at least; you may also consume some Beer (alcoholic or non-alcoholic depending on your preference, religion, sentiments etc) to help flush the infection out over a 1-2 day period & may add some urinary alkalinzers which come in tasty effervescent packets that can be bought OTC from your pharmacist.
