Green feces are usually indicative of an intestinal infection which in turn can give you the other symptoms of back pain, fullness of breast and being tired . Hence I would advise you the following : Send the stool for tests. Blood for CBC, sugar, thyroid, liver and kidney functions. Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen. A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, Metronidazole, probiotic. This may solve your problem. If not, you may need further clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like Colonoscopy and CT scan of abdomen to decide the cause and get further treatment as may be indicated by the reports. Drink boiled and cooled water. No outside food. Symptomatic treatment of pains and other symptoms as may be needed.
