Hello! I have gone through your question carefully and understand your concern. In my opinion the troubles you have may be caused by different kind of problems: 1. A vertebral artery insufficiency 2. A cervical column arthrosis causing narrowing of the vertebral arteries. 3. An inner ear problem The first two possibilities are more probable to be the cause of your symptoms. We can not exclude atherosclerosis even though your cholesterol levels are normal. I would recommend to consult your GP, have a blood analysis for anemia, a cervical vessel ultrasound and a cervical column x-ray to exclude the above mentioned disorders.
