What Is Causing Excessive Weakness During Viral Fever?
I am a patient of mild mitral stenosis with mild mi (mitral valve size 1.8 sq cm without left atrial enlargement) once in a year when there is viral fever I feel excessive weakness & felling of near syncope & markrd reduction of exercise tolerance-cannot walk for more than 5 minutes. What may be the cause & what is treatment. Thanking sir, Arvind patel.
