What Is Causing Difficulty In Breathing After Smoking?

why do I feel chest pains and difficulty breathing after I smoke or snort crystal meth?
I am 19 yrs old, im a fiancée and a mother of my beautyful 2 yr.old gIrl & a best friend to my bestest loyal friend nanook my colli dog..Im so happyy and thankfull to have a loving family of my own. But the worse thing is I like smoking & snorting crystal meth and it interferes with my life, I dont feel like doiing anything anymore, complete lost if interest..and to top it of sometimes when I smoke or snort some I start feeling pain on my chest but its a tingly numb heavy feeling that I feel for a long period of time. It also makes my neck ,shoulders, my left arm, my throat, and makes my mouth inside tingly too. My back aches so much that I feel like I cant even stand up.To top it off I have difficulty breathing with rapid fast heart beat nonstop I feel nervous a lot that makes me feel that imma have a heart attack. When I do sleep and wake up I feel I just cant make it threw the day without doing any, I just cant do this anymore its not me, im also scared that one day I might end up in the hospital bcause thinking that im about to die or something. It has me feeling really good & unstoppable for a lil while or for a couple days but truly is just gonna ruin me & destroy my life, if I dont put a stop to it
