What is causing blood in poop?

Hi, I have a problem, I'm a 23y/o male, when I poop, blood comes out, its not mixxed with the poop for some reason, at my first dump, theres no blood but few minutes later, i start bleeding, this has been occuring 3 days now... anyone who can help me?

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Per-rectal bleeding on passing stool without any pain or other symptoms in a young male of 23 is indicative of hemorrhoids.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the stool soft.
HIgh fiber diet.
Consult a General Surgeon for per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy if required to get a proper diagnosis and further management as per the findings.
