Hi am 44 years old female . Immediately after my c-sec in 1998 I started having attacks of severe uti infection. Gradually I came out of it and was fine till 2010 but after that again had severe pain, burning, frequent urination attacks but every time urine microscopic results came absolutely fine with no pus cells . Got urine culture done showing no growth . Went to a gyne who gave renalka and sporolac ds, and gentamycin 80 mg injections twice in a day ...am taking medicines since last 10 days but did not go for the injections. And still some discomfort us there. What can be the problem

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from-PID?after C-section with UTI.
Besides this, the current recurrence of UTI without culture of organisms in urine-indicates PID -pelvic inflammatory disease which could be causing long lasting UTI post-c-section, in your case.
Resitance to Inj Genta, would explain- non-urinary cause
of urination in your case.
Plan of treating your health issue-
Proper investigation and assesment of your by a team of Gynec and Urologist would resolver your case.
So Consults with Gynec and Urologists in the above causes,is advised in your case.

Reply to your query-
Q-What is causing attacks of severe uti infection? What can be the problem?
Ans-Old existant PID-prior to C-section might be causing UTI for a long time post-C-section in your case.
The problem is from undiagnosed pre-existant PID, which persisted post-C-section recovery period.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
