Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the prolapse of rectum,or an abscess of the perineum opened int the rectum, periodically opening into th erectum, and again recuring.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.you may need to have proctoscopy done for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient ciprofloxacin, tinidazole, serratio peptidase, diclofenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
