uterus is defined as anteverted when fundus of uterus faces toward anterior abdominal wall or urinary bladder,retroverted when it faces towards posterior abdominal wall..your uterus is slightly enlarged,generally enlarged uterus is called bulky. endometrium is centrally placed denotes there is no mass or space occupying lesion in the anterior or posterior wall of uterus.please post full sonography report to know more.Disclaimer
