What Is An Alternative Of Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution?

My husband is a dedicated cigarette smoker. I am having problems with my eyes, which causes me to blow my nose. My medical doctor has rx'd Olopatadine Hydrochoride Ophthalmic Solution 0.1%, one gtt in the am and pm. This is not helping me at all.

Do you have another suggestion, either OTC eye drops or another
RX eye drops?

Hi,

A very mild steroid like Loteprednol can be tried for a week if it helps. If you allergic to smoke please try to be away from it as much as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
