What is agglutination and is the sperm motility okay? Also what is significance of WBC count? Thanks for this excellent service !

Hi,
Agglutination is clumping of sperm.you have mild agglutination. Count and motility are absolutely normal.
You need to get a direct check-up with urologist to rule out any genitourinary tract infection (in view of agglutination and wbcs).
