What Is A Tiny Spot On The Rim Of My Bellend?

I have a tiny spot on the rim of my bellend and i was just wondering what it is ? I also have a bit of a bad smell coming from my penis, i bath everyday and tend to make sure i clean my penis but the smell is still there and i have never had sex before ?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having collection of smegma under foreskin giving rise this problem.
Clean your glans by averting your foreskin daily while taking bath.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
