What Is A Spongy Swollen Area Above The Collarbone Suggestive Of?

I have a slightly swollen area above my collarbone - almost sitting in the dip between my collarbone and the muscle that runs across the top of my shoulder to my neck. No discomfort or tenderness in that area at all. No hardness - just a spongy area about as big around as a lemon. Don t know if it s related, but the same shoulder has some general stiffness/weakness when I raise my arm.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is not tender no swelling is there no redness is there then it may be lipoma or it may be lymph node, it need to be kept under observation for any changes, at the most you can go for x-ray study just on precaution basis else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
