Hi imsuffering a lump like thing on top ryt side of my chest near by shoulder wich gives pain , its frm 6months and 15 days it bursted out n puss keeps floeing with immense pain im even getting fever and lost 15kgs weight in 5monts and wen tested found ESR RATE 95MM, SUGGEST WHAT IT IS

HI. This is more suggestive of tuberculosis. Please request your Doctor to get the biopsy done as also to do AFB staining of the pus and the tissues. I think it would also be helpful to do MRI to decide that there is no affection of the joint.
Empirical treatment with anti-tubercular medicines can be started .
