What Is A Bump On My Arm?

I have a average size bump on my arm which doesn't itch but I can't indiffy if it's bed bugs, spider bite,or what.It has one black dot in the center with a hair strand on top and after the first day I noticed it I put some cream on it and after a day it started to scab with white circles around several hair strands in the circle.Im naturally freaking out that bugs could be crawling in my bed. Also another bite appeared on my other arm on almost the exact spot but I noticed it started out as just a small bump, like a pimple and then got bigger with the same black dot.please help me):

Hi

You seem to be developing lesions of folliculitis .
These are basically infective lesions of the hair follicle .
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry .
You can apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected areas twice a day .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
You can wash the affected area twice with any soap and then apply the medicine .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics in case the infection tends to persist or increase .

Hope it helps
