What Is Susten Prescribed For?
hi this is devi my period is delayed this month my last period is 4th nov but I consult the doctor for pregnancy test and it get positive result but I don't need it now due to doctor advice I compromise myself but they prescribed for susten 300 and folgen tablet, shal I know for what reason they prescribed this tablet

Susten contains progesterone which is require for proper implantation and growth of embryo during the initial phase of pregnancy.
As your pregnancy test is positive and you want to continue with pregnancy, Doctor has given you this medicine to prevent miscarriage.
Second tablet will be mostly folgel and not folgen.
Folgel contains folic acid which is routinely given to all the pregnant women in the first three months of prengnecy to prevent congenital abnormality (related to brain and spine) in the developing baby.
