get your urine for pregnancy test.
if it is positive,it is pregnancy.
if it is negative,consult gynaecologist to find out cause of delayed menses,accordingly she will give you treatment.

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic forum,
OCP means oral contraceptive pills taken to avoid pregnancy.
Ur periods are delayed, r u married or sexually active? if yes please get ur urine pregnancy test done to know whether ur pregnant or not.
If ur not married and not sexually active then get blood test and ultrasound scan done to rule out PCOD, anemia or thyroid. Consult ur doctor for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered ur question,
Regards

Hi;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
OCP's are oral contraceptive pills.They are hormonal pills that are used for regulating the menses as well as to prevent pregnancy.The periods can be delayed due to many reasons like hormonal imbalance;anaemia;thyroid problems;mental stress and if a female is sexually active it can be due to pregnancy.If you are sexually active get a pregnancy done to rule out pregnancy and if you are not active sexually then do not worry and consult a Gynaecologist she will examine you and give you medicine to regulate your periods.
Thanks
