I haven't heard of hiranya disease??? Did you mean "Hernia." If that is what you are looking for, then hernia is a condition where there is protrusion of contents through a normal or an abnormal opening in the wall of a cavity that normally contains them. The need for surgery in hernia depends on the type of hernia, the location and if they are reversible or an irreversible one.
