Dexona tablets contain dexomethasone, which is corticosteroid. It is very useful drug, used predominantly in severe allergic and anaphylactic reactions. It does have some other indications as well. However, the use is usually limited for a short period as it can cause severe adverse effects on a long-term use.
These medication will not help you grown up your body. Actually it will do quite the opposite, because it is a cataboliser. That's why I would strongly recommend you not to use this drug.
