Hi,
Lime disease is characterized by fever with muscular pains with red rash & black center black, at that site of bite. You do not mention about these if you have these. It's a possibility of tic bite fever. I would suggest blood pressure & heart check up. Please consult a cardiac surgeon. Please take rest till then, avoid exertion, have light notorious food till then. You can take over the counter pill like derriphylline after food twice till then.
