What Infection Could Pus Cells In Urine Denote While Pregnant?

hi i have just received a call from the doctor asking for a urine sample as the last one i did showed plus cells and he wants to do another test as it could mean i have some kind of infection. I'm 7 months pregnant and was wondering what type of infection this could be or if i have anything to be concerned about?

I really appreciate your concern the given history here is suggestive of urinary tract infection during the gestational period, the pregnancy and urinary tract infection is very common phenomenon, taking care of hygiene, drinking more water could avoid this, improper cleaning the area after defecation may the likely cause of this infection, but this can be avoided by taking care for this, take care and have good day.
