hi my name is robert, my belly button is pushing out and its sore feels like my insides are pushing out Iam 6'4 I weigh about 310 stomach is pretty big.. dont no how to really lose weight.. iam on the road travling right now in north carolina going back to oregon soon.. have no dr. here what should I do .
