What Helps Soothe Pains When Your On Your Period ?

I have taking hat stupid medicine like midol and pamprine! Anything else? im freaking ready to rips someones head off i wanna hear someone scream in pain! lol todays my b day and i have friends over i can really sleep so dont say sleep plz lol Thank you ALL for you Answers!

Oooh, I know how bad that is! My periods got to a certain point that I actually had to go in and get some prescription ibeprofuen to help with the pains because I was takingso much advil. Anyways, back to your question: I found out taking baths really do help, some people don't like them, but they DO help. Ice packs and heating pads. Laying down. Drink something warm. Just rest.
