What foods promote muscle growth and weight gain?

Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here..Hi, I am Rakibur from Bangladesh. I’m 35 years old, 5.8” height, 83 KGS. I do business and I have been working out last 8 years. I want to gain my Muscles and weights. So my query is what would be my Macro Plan. Should I take 250 G protein, 500 G Carbs and 90 G fat per day to achieve my goal ? Please inform me.Thank you

You are almost having normal weight for your height but still why you want to gain weight? Your diet pan should contain. Protein - 56g per day; Calories - 2000-2600 per day.

Hello sir... My son is 11month old. He was very chubby till 5 month but used to increase his weight 1 1/2 kg per month and after dat his weight decreased by 1/2 kg. Now his weight is 8.7 and height is 69. As his aged baby height is 73.6 and he seems to be small tham hid aged babies. I am worried about his height. Hello Doctor, My son is 22 months his weight is 8.5kg, and he is premature baby and when he was born his weight was 1kG. He is eating rice, milk, fish, meat, apple, banana all the normal food and also breast feed but he can not eat egg white because of allergy. My question is his weight is normal according his birth and age because every body is asking why his health is so thin? Please advise me what food I will give him so his weight can gain. my baby is now 7mnths 3 weeks old...her weight is 6.75kg...is she underweight?if so?how to improve her growth?she is breastfed n getting homemade cereals 3 times a day which incudes rice,lentis,carrot,squash,potato,papaya,chicken...her birth weight was 2.2 kg n wats the best way to give her eggs?i hv tried n confirmd tht she has no allergy in eggs
