You should be eating a well balanced diet, include more of prtiens, and vegetables and fruits, but cut our on carbohydrates, avoid carbohydrate rich fruits and vegetables. There is something called as 'glycemic index' of foods. Eat the ones with low gycemic index. For more details speak to a dietician.

Diabetes diet- Increase in fibre intake.

Take 4-5 small diets, instead of 3 heavy meals.

Intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to be increased.

All fats are high in calories, so you should always watch your portion sizes.

Hi, I believe I have a eating disorder. I could go days with just eating barely a snack. I’ll go all day without really eating anything and sometimes binge at night or barely eat anything. I’ve been told I’m malnourished and to drink stuff like ensure but I don’t really do that anymore because when I drink it at night it gives me indigestion and I can’t sleep. Sometimes I’ll very really finish a whole plate of food but my stomach is still rumbling but I’m not exactly hungry. I weigh around 105 now and I’m 5’5. What do you think is wrong?

Whenever I eat my heart seems to skip a beat or flutter for a beat or two. I do have anxiety . and am not on any medication . Also if I eat to fast or to big of bites my heart will beat very fast for about 10 minutes or more. Im 5 9, 31 years and 215 pounds. No health problems besides this. It makes it so I can t enjoy meals anymore.

I am a male, 68yo, widower, Chinese (not from China). I lead an active sex life.....I have sex at least twice a week sometimes with different women (not prostitute). For the last 1 month, 5 out of 10 times that I have sex...I couldn't ejaculate although the sensation of ejaculation were there. I have Type 1 Diabetes..I inject 52mg of insulin everyday plus captoril and simvastatin. I also consume 80mg of Aspirin everyday for the last 20 years.



My question is.....Is there any kind of medication\drug that I can take so that I can ejaculate each time I have sex.
