What Food To Take To Increase Hb Level ?

i am 49 year old women.i am diabetes patient.for past 3 months it is in fully control.but the problem is my hemoglobin level.Currently it is 8.1.which food i should take so that my Hb level increases & it dont affect my diabetes.
