Hello,
It is very nice to see that you are so much aware of the dietary needs in pregnancy. Along with a normal diet, one or two helpings of fresh fruit, one helping of dry fruits, one boiled egg, two glasses of milk would usually suffice. The diet should not be heavy, easily digestible and contain much of fresh vegetables, greens, yoghurt and dal. Avoid spicy food, pickles, papaya, sesame, deep fried items and oily food. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
