What Exercises Or Diet Can I Follow To Reduce Weight Without Straining My Legs ?

I have a flabby tummy with fat around sides am overweight by around 6 kg . I cant run or walk too long due to medical reasons. I am 24 and really need to tone up my body. Could you please suggest something diet , exercises no medication please!!! Also I want to know if ant workouts are possible in the gym without putting strain on leg?? Or if yoga is a better option???

see mis/mr,it would be better if you could mention your Ht&Wt,so that BODY MASS INDEX WILL BE KNOWN PERFECTLY,ITS OK,in gym you start of with walk on thread mill like walkers first until you sweats,then all other exercises are (most of them)ARE HELP FOR MUSCLE BUILDING,DIET ENSURE CARBS;PROTEIN;FAT;-50;30;20; FOR SOME MONTHS(THIS REGIME FOR YOU ONLY) VL NOT ONLY HELP IN MAINTING APROPRIATE BODY WEIGHT BUT TOO IMPROVES PSYCHOLOGICAL WELBEING,BUT MAKE YOU ENERGITIC WHOLE DAY AVOIDING AFTERNOON SLEEPING HABIT,BYE
