What exercises must I do for consistent weight loss ?

exercising for 3 months.i had lost weight at am not losing.why is that.any suggestions to help me losing.i still have to lose 4-5 kgs to be proper weight.

Hello dear,
there is no reason to panic.your not losing weight cause your body has got used to the workouts you have been doing.its become a part of daily routine.initially you were losing weight coz your body was not used to the kind of just have to alter the cardio and weights on alternate days.try something new.many places conduct all in one programs in which they include martial arts,aerobics,weights,try joining one of these.also start dieting if you haven't already started.
