Hello bilal ;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Few exercises like Kegel's exercise where you can contract the pelvic muscles and another is the stop start method where in you should stop the sexual act before orgasm and then restart it again ;this stop and start should be done while mastrubating and your time shall improve.For details about how to perform the Kegels please consult a doctor or a sexologist nearby.
