What Exercise Will Help To Reduce Weight?

This is for my mother she's 45 yes she smokes she has Afib i'm not 100 percent sure what her detailed information is but she's roughly 5'5 and about 225 (maybe more) and she is wanting to lose weight but with the medicine she is on for Afib, Nuropathy (i think that's how you spell it) it is hard for her to get the energy to be able to please I want to help my mother lose the weight so she can stop being depressed what excersises do you recommend or is there anything you can recommend to help.

I would highly suggest you below mentioned tips ,it will surely help you out.
Amla (Indian gooseberry). It is a rich natural source of vitamin C and source of many minerals and amino-acids. Amla raises the total protein level in the body and regulates body weight. It strengthens and significantly improves the immune system because of its antibacterial and astringent properties.

     Whenever you feel hungry, postpone your meal consuming for at least 10 to 30 minutes. There is a possibility for the hunger you feel to disappear if it’s in any way connected to some stress you have endured.
2.     Write down the food you consume every day. It is quite possible the thought that you have to write everything down will help you over think before eating.
3.     Make a phone call or write a note to a friend who also has a similar problem to yours to help each other by exchanging opinions on the subject.
4.     Practice healthy nutrition so you can help yourself maintain good energy levels. Stress that causes you to skip meals will only cause you to eat more and unhealthy.
If you want to alternate amla juice then you can try garlic tip also.
1. Start your day by eating raw garlic. Chew a piece of garlic every morning on an empty stomach. After that, drink a glass of water with lemon. This combination eliminates belly fat, regulate weight and equalizes blood circulation.
•     Do whole body workouts! – Exercise all muscles.
•     Do cardiovascular exercises! – Jogging,, running, cycling etc. increases the burning calorie process.
•     Do Strength training
– It gives impressive looks of your muscles and helps you get rid of belly fat.
If Your mom is not able to do above mentioned exercise ,she should do brisk walk for atleast 45 minutes.
