What exercise can reduce my weight by 20-25 kg ?

Hello Sir/Mam, I am anil, my age is 21, height 6 feet and weight 104.5 Kg. My problem is that i am over weight and i want to reduce my weight about 20-25Kg. Tell me some exercise , who food can i take or some other means to reduce my weight As early as possible. My waist is 40 now. Please help to reduce my weight and waist as soon as possible. I want my waist 36

Hi,Anil thanks for query.Please understand that weight loss is a mission and there are no short cuts.There are no way you can reduce your weight over night.Please visit a dietician and plan your diet.Do regular exercise at least 150 minutes in a week.Do it on regular basis.Avoid junk food, too much of tea/coffee.Please note that it is not advisable to do crash diet and loose more then 10% of your body weight in a year.It can lead to some health issues.

have regular exercises
swimming is one of the best can join gym and get trained about the exercises to reduce weight and make abdominal muscles strong
you need exercises of 2 hrs ,1hr in each session morning and evening
with exercises you need strict dieting
take high protein balanced diet with plenty of water intake
in your age you should take adequate calories with exercises
avoid all fast foods ,soft drinks no alcohol' no cake, pastry and fried food stuff
start exercises gradually and increase the time .
