Hi am a 45 year old male,, i been a diabetic for 5 years i also have pain on my feet needles inking type feelings .. spoke with my doctor and gave me med my question is my penis don t get a ha rd like iy use to but jet still can climax... please help. my sex life with my wife as come to a stop .

Uncontrolled diabetes causes havoc on sex lif of a person as it results in erectile dysfunction ( ED ).35-75 % of diabetics suffer from erectile dysfunction in their life.This occurs due to damage of nerves,blood vessels and muscles.
You are also suffering from peripheral neuropathy once you are complaining of pins and needles in your feet.
Treatment involves prompt control of diabetes.meicines like cialis and Viagra,intra cavernous therapy,vacuum devices,sex therapy,intra urethral injections etc.
You must consult a urologist for appropriate treament plan.
Take VIT D snd BIT B12 also as part of treatment.
