I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks in September where the baby had only grown to 7 weeksand had no heartbeat at the ultrasound. I also had a chemical pregnancy this past month 4 weeks. I have a family history of DVT s (mother and grandfather). I have spoken with my doctor about taking baby aspirin while trying to conceive and in pregnancy to prevent clots. She said I could take it but that there is a risk of spontaneous bleeding at the placenta and this could cause miscarriage. I d appreciate any advice you could give.
