My eyelish(right side) has lost its hair during 3 months. But it didnt developt to skin yet.

Hello,
The treatment for loss of eye lashes depend on the underlying cause for loss of eye lashes.
If the underlying cause is scarring treatment requires eye lash grafting.
If the underlying cause is non scarring diseases, then medical line of management is indicated. It is done by topical prostaglandin analogues.
Do consult oculoplasty surgeon for further advice.
