Welcome to health care magic.

1.The follicular study is to monitor the dominant follicle its growth and when it bursts.
2.The minimum size of the follicle in order to conceive is at least 13mm.
3.In your case both days its 8x8mm on left , and nothing on right side - this indicate hormonal imbalance.
4.Which needs conservative hormonal medication to produce the adequate follicles.
5.The endometrial thickness is with in limits for the day of cycle.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
