What Dosage Of Citicoline Could I Safely Start With?
I was hoping to take citicoline for learning a new language I have not been tested for any learning problems, just saw the ususal decline with age and lack of mental exerises. What dosage could I safely start with? Age 63, and have no major health concerns currently.
