What Dosage Of Temazepam Is Safe For Consumption?

I was wondering if it would be ok if I take 60mg of temazepam. I am 244 pds. And I have been prescribed it for a long time but at 30mg. haven t been sleeping good lately and was wondering if I might need to get my dose up. And wants to try and see if it helps. Can it harm me? Or kill me? Will I be ok?

after all it is a sedative and donot increase the dose without asking or cosulting doctor. it is risky to increase the dose by yourself. there is danger of over dose and chance of drug dependency.
