General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Lyrica is a medication that is commonly used to treat sciatica pain.
I suggest to start with 75 mg twice a day for 3–7 days.
If required, increase dose to 150 mg twice a day after 3–7 days, to a maximum of 300 mg twice a day after another 7 days.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
