my ultrasound shows 'superomedial to the right ovary is a tubulocystic structure thick-walled with incomplete septation measuring 1.7 x 1.8 x 1.6 cm containing low level echoes suggestive of a hematosalpinx. no free fluid in the cul de sac." what does this mean?

This means that there is a mass which looks like a cyst, with the shape of a tube (1.7x1.8x1.6cm), which lies above and to the left of the Right ovary. Its appearance seems to suggest that this mass is blood in the fallopian tubes.
