What Does Yellow Discharge From The Rectum Indicate?

Good afternoon Doctor, For the last two and a half weeks I have been releasing a yellowish fluid out of my rectum. It would hurt when I would use the bathroom, a slight pain. I thought it was hemorrhoids at first. There is occasional blood when I wipe too hard. It seems to be dying down at the moment but a week ago it was so bad that I had to buy pads and place them back there. Any idea what I may be experiencing?

Hello,

That could be an abscess which should be diagnosed early and has to be a drain and surgical debridement if necessary should be done. Do labs and surgical opinion I think that is an abscess.
