What Does Yellow Clear Watery Fluid Leaking From Nose Indicate?

hi ive had a slightly yellow clear watery fluid leaking from my nose over last few months here and there normally when i bend over its salty to taste but if i sniff it back its the same taste as a nose bleed for last three days ive had a headache that comes but goes with panadol what could it be i did smash my eye hard on a scooter handle about 3months ago couldnt open my eye due to pain and watering for about 2days have had a cold since then but over it now for bout a month

Hello,

You need to immediately visit an ENT for a thorough evaluation. Trauma like this could lead to a condition called CSF rhinorrhea - I am not trying to scare you, but this should be ruled out. In case of neglecting this condition, infection could travel upwards from the nose to the region of the brain; so please visit as this cannot be assessed and treated by suggestion through an online mechanism.
