What Does White Matter In The Pons Mean?
What does white matter in the pons mean? The clinical impression also states diffuse atrophy. I am falling daily and neurologists cannot make a diagnosis. I ve been told possibly Myathesia gravis but all else have been ruled out. Antibiotics for MG are negative but nothing else can be determined.

1.There is signal intensity changes seen in the pons and atrophic changes in the brain.
2.Atrophic changes in the early age are generally seen in the systemic disorders.
3.And white matter changes are seen in the neuroectodermal displasias.
4.in this case i would recommend to get a contrast study to rule out any infective aetiology.
5.History and symptoms should decide further evaluation.
