What Does Vaginal Spotting Indicate?
I took a pregnancy test the day before my missed period. Which would have been the 9th. I was 3 days late started on Saturday bleed a little bit Saturday and I haven’t since. I’ve just had like a spotting/ clear liquid discharge that’s feels like water falling out of me. Like I feel like I’m bleeding through but I go and it’s just Discharge. Could I be pregnant now? Like should I test or do you think if I was it was a miscarriage?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Do a urine pregnancy test and serum beta hCG. If it is positive it could be a threatened abortion and you have to start on low dose progesterone and adequate bed rest is also needed. If UPT is negative and then nothing to worry and the spotting is insignificant.
