What Does Urine Leakage Post Prostate Operation Indicate?

My dad is 82 years old and despite a prostate operation, the urine is still flowing and over the past ten days, he has inflammation in one of the testicles. He has alot of pain. He was put on antibiotics and the ct scan was inconclusive, there was no pus, yet the pain is still there. The normal 2 500mg panadol given still dont help with the pain. Is there any other reason for this pain? Also can combiflam be taken in such a condition?

psa may be done. biopsy with traux method may be done. some time it happen in normal case. urine culture sensitivity may be done. consult urologist for further medication.
