Hello,

Your mentioned urine report suggestive of urinary tract infection.

For that, you need to be given an empirical nitrofurantoin tablet and submit urine for culture before starting nitrofurantoin.

According to urine culture report than antibiotic need to be modified.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

For microscopic exam pus cells is 25-30 HPF; bacteria - few; epithelial cells - few; mucus threads - few; amorphous materials - urates few. What does this mean?
