What Does Urinary Bladder Being Optimally Distended Suggest?
Sir, I have a pain in upper abdomen in last week, i consult with doctor..and take medicine & usg ecg testing is over , at present heart condition is normal, & USG report is folows --Lever enlarge in size, Gall bladder partialy conrcted, PV is not dilated, CBD shows normal, Pancreas shows noemal size, Spleen normal size, KIDNEY Both normal size, normal echo anatomy.URETERS not dialeted, URINARY bladder is optimally Distended.
at present a tendency of potty after meal & I went to bathroom ,
Pressur 100/70.
So please kindly suggest me the right treatment as early as possible

Radiologist has to evaluate bladder & ureters in the condition of filled
bladder as empty bladder hampers the vision & proper evaluation of
underlying issues ,
so by means of optimally distended it conveys that whatever amount of
bladder fullness radiologist was desiring it was present at that time
& it is not any abnormal finding at all.
